Alwar Tirunagari near Srivaikuntam (Tuticorin) Deities: Adinathar (Vishnu) Alwar Tirunagari known as Tirukkurugoor is the birthplace of Nammalwar, one of the greatest of the Alwar Saints. This temple is thus a very ancient one. The Tirumamani Mandapam and the Mirror Hall in the temple are very beautiful. Adhinatha - Vishnu is enshrined here. This is one of the 108 sacred Sree Vaishnavite shrines and is also one of the Nava Tiruppatis or nine sacred Vaishnavite shrines in the vicinity of Tirunelveli, within an area of 50 sq miles.
